Custom Carpet Orders
Most of our carpet products are customized according to customer requirements, including:

Because of this, customized carpet orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production, cutting, or installation has started.
Eligibility for Returns

Customers must report any issue within 24 to 48 hours after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

Once installation is completed and approved, the order is considered finalized.
Carpet Installation Services

Refunds are not guaranteed for completed installation services.
